Our office is located at the Shute Harbour Marine Terminal, where guests check in before departure. Please allow enough time for check-in before your scheduled transfer.
Check-In Information
Please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time so we can check you in, organise your gear, and provide any important trip information before boarding.
Departure and pickup times may vary depending on weather, tides, campsite access, and operational requirements. We will always do our best to keep you updated if there are any changes to your booking.

All island transfers are weather and tide dependent. Passenger safety and comfort are always our highest priority, and some locations may only be accessible at certain tide heights or in suitable marine conditions.
If your booking is affected by weather or operational changes, our team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
